Dining at the Castle is a delight. Guests have the choice of two award-winning restaurants featuring fresh locally caught sea food, local produce and vegetables from our own kitchen garden.

Open during the summer months and adorned by a magnificent vine, the Conservatory restaurant is light and airy.
It has the same convivial atmosphere as the Castle restaurant, but specialises in seafood and offers a delightfully alternative dining experience.

400 years ago some of the most notorious prisoners in the country were incarcerated within the castle dungeon and its impregnable walls. Those inmates would have difficulty in believing that the uncompromising hardship of their quarters would become an intriguing hostelry serving Scillonian real ale!
The Dungeon Bar is perfect for a before dinner aperitif, an after dinner cognac or just to relax and enjoy a good drink in the evening. Serving ales, fine wines and spirits, champagne and cocktails.
